At Whoosh Energy, we currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Locations

We only ship to addresses located in the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally happen due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Whoosh Energy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Whoosh Energy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@whooshenergy.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Whoosh Energy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@whooshenergy.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
