At Whoosh Energy, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, damaged items, and order issues.
By placing an order with Whoosh Energy, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Returns
Because Whoosh Energy sells consumable supplement products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We may accept returns on unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
To request a return, please contact us first at support@whooshenergy.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or broken safety seals
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-refundable
- Subscription orders already processed and shipped
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@whooshenergy.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Shopify states that refunds are sent back to the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency the customer used to pay.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Orders
If you purchase a subscription, you are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve it directly.
Shopify notes that chargebacks are reviewed by the card issuer and, if the cardholder wins, the disputed amount is returned to the cardholder.
Return Address
Do not send products back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided only after your request is reviewed and approved.
